Following the assessment, clients choose from available session packages to review their areas of strength and growth in their relationship, and to work through time-tested exercises to increase understanding and skill in the areas of growth. These sessions can be in person or online, and each follow-up session lasts 45 minutes.
- 4-session package: $650
- 6-session package: $945
- 8-session package: $1240
If you are wanting to do the Prepare/Enrich program as part of traditional couples counseling, please contact the office for current couples therapy rates.
Rates for Holistic Sessions (NET and/or EFT only)
The current fee for an EFT (tapping) or NET-only session is $155 per 30 minute session and $200 per 45 minute session. These sessions are intended for clients who have specific stressors or concerns they would like to address in a more directed format. Prior to beginning NET or EFT, an in-depth “Discovery Session” (90 minutes) is conducted in order to establish clear goals and clarify the chosen methodology. The one-time fee for the initial discovery session is $345.
For clients committed to making targeted changes in a specific amount of time, session packages are offered at a discounted rate. Please contact the office for more information on available packages.
Disclosure: Please be advised that these holistic methods are not intended to be substitutes for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment, and they do not replace the services of licensed health care professionals. Although these holistic methods appear to have promising physical, mental, and emotional benefits, and there is a growing amount of valid scientific research indicating that methods meet the criteria to be considered evidence-based techniques, they have yet to be fully researched by the Western academic, medical, and psychological communities. Therefore, the energy methods described on this website are considered experimental and the extent of their effectiveness, as well as their risk and benefits, are not fully known.
Insurance
Due to the nature of treatment options offered by Wholistic Family Therapy & Wellness Center, Inc., health insurance is not accepted as a direct form of payment for services. If you have an HMO and are looking to utilize your insurance benefits for individual therapy, you will need to contact your insurance company for a direct referral. If you have a PPO/EPO health insurance plan, it is possible that your therapy services may be covered in full or in part via insurance reimbursement. Clients are required to pay in full for their sessions at the time of service, and then seek reimbursement (if applicable) from their insurance carrier. Unfortunately, medical insurance does not typically cover the cost of holistic (EFT or NET) services.
If you are considering seeing insurance reimbursement for psychotherapy services, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the reimbursement rate/coverage amount per therapy session with an out-of-network provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician in order to obtain reimbursement for therapy services?
Payment
Cash, check, Zelle, PayPal, and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, I reserve the time specifically for you. In order to respect the therapy process, my clients’ schedules, and my ability to best serve my clients, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy that is strictly enforced. Therefore, if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 72 business hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
